French-speaking Customer Support Representative

About the Role

In this key role youll play a vital part in advising and supporting our Frenchspeaking clients via phone and email. Youll help healthcare professionals optimize their use of our software platform by answering their questions providing training and resolving their issues. Youll also be a crucial point of contact for our clients answering their product questions and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

What to Expect

• Advise and support healthcare professionals by phone on using our software.
• Train clients on how to use our services via phone.
• Handle requests received by email quickly and efficiently.
• Answer client questions about products and provide guidance.
• Work closely with the sales marketing and product teams to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.

You Have What It Takes

• Native French speaker and fluent English (B2 level).
• Impeccable spoken and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy towards clients.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in communication tools and customer support software.

Benefits

• 6month fixedterm contract with the possibility of a permanent position (including a 3month probationary period).
• • Base salary: equivalent to 11620 EUR per year
  • Meal allowance (net): 1908.72 EUR per year
  • Transport allowance: 240 EUR per year
  • Role complement: 110 EUR per year
  • Possible gross annual income: 13878.72 (including base salary meal and transport allowances role complement)
  • Performance bonus: 140 EUR per 12 months (1680 per year)
• Welcome bonus of 1000 EUR
• Health insurance provided from day 1 (free after 6 months).
• Opportunity to work onsite in Lisbon or remotely in North Portugal.
• Work equipment provided.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 5:30 PM (rotational shifts) with 2 days off (Saturday and Sunday).
