You will be responsible for handling customer interactions for a bilingual project. We are broadly recruiting IT professionals who wish to engage in IT work using English from those with IT experience to those with bilingual IT work experience.Job Overview:

Depending on your experience and start date you will be assigned to a project. You will work on operational projects using both Japanese and English. More than one year of experience in IT help desk or user support roles
