Roles and Responsibility

  You will be involved in all phases of product development including planning design development and operation focusing on the development of new features and the enhancement of existing features for our service.

  The service is a smartphone payment platform designed to rapidly build a companys Original Pay. It provides core functions of the payment system through APIs including code payments transaction processing balance management and user authentication. As a system handling payments at stores and user assets the development environment demands high technical proficiency particularly in areas such as security and processing speed.

  Specific Responsibilities

  • Design development and operational maintenance of new features and functionality improvements for the service.
  • Documentation creation and review of specifications and design documents.
  • Improvement and technical proposals in the context of feature development.

Minimum Requirements

  • More than two years of experience in web application requirement definition design and development.
  • Alignment with the vision and mission of the company (presumably Incubation).

Preferred Requirements

• RDBMSNoSQL
• DevOps/ ChatOps CI/CD

  • Experience in designing developing testing and operating applications that meet requirements such as missioncritical and highvolume transactions.
  • Experience in designing data models using RDBMS and NoSQL.
  • Experience in setting up and operating DevOps/ChatOps and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment).

Location: Kojimachi Chiyodaku Tokyo

• Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line Kojimachi Station (Exit 2)
• Approximately 8 minutes on foot from JR Yotsuya Station
• Approximately 9 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line/Ginza Line Akasakamitsuke Station (Exit D)
• Approximately 10 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line/Yurakucho Line/Namboku Line Nagatacho Station (Exit 7)

Annual Salary:JPY *based on experience ability and previous work experience

• Salary adjustments: Twice a year
• Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
• Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).

Hours: 9:30 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)

• Depending on the position/grade it will fall under flextime specialist discretionary labor system or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.
• The abovementioned hours are the standard and employee determinations may vary.
• Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
• The flextime system does not have a core time.
• Saturdays Sundays and national holidays
• Annual paid leave (provided according to company regulations from the first day of employment)
