    The role wed like to entrust involves engineering tasks in the development environment using Unity for gamification apps native apps VR AR MR Metaverse and more.

    • Development enhancements and maintenance of native applications.
    • Development enhancements and maintenance of services like VR AR MR.
    • Service development improvements and maintenance for Metaverse and similar.
    • Various automation tasks.
    • Other technical support.

    In the IT domain we have stable partnerships with various companies including leading ones like CTC SCSK Sky Teijin and in the web industry with companies like Accenture Shannon and PPIH.

    Our employees as part of the production company engage in projects for various client companies enabling them to acquire a diverse set of skills and knowledge that might not be achievable by staying with a single company for an extended period!

Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Permanent or Contract

Probation:

  • 6month probationary period (No changes in salary or benefits during this period)

Contract

  • Renewable every 2 to 6 months (Possibility of becoming a fulltime employee)
  • Most contract employees transition to fulltime positions after a certain period.

Location: Tokyo HQ / Tokyo metropolitan area and its surrounding regions

  • In cases where the client follows a telecommuting system remote work may be requested.

Annual Salary:JPY

The amount will be determined upon consultation taking experience and other factors into consideration.

  • Salary evaluation: once a year (June)
  • Bonus: 2 times a year in principle (July December) After the probationary period concludes the evaluation process will commence. Contract employees will not receive benefits.

Hours: For Headquarters: 9:3018:30 (break time 12:3013:30 actual working hours 8h) May vary depending on the project to which you are assigned (e.g. 10:0019:00 1hour break etc.)

  • Average overtime hours: Depends on the situation but the entire department works about 17 hours per month.
