We are seeking a motivated and resultsoriented leader to join our team as a Credit Analysis Manager. You will play a dual role excelling in both individual credit analysis and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of credit analysts fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
- Set clear goals and expectations ensuring your team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) in processing volume quality score and coverage.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize team workload and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Coach and mentor team members providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes ensuring quality and compliance.
- Credit Analysis:
- Analyze credit applications using a combination of financial data and KYC checks to assess creditworthiness.
- Make final decisions on credit approvals leveraging your expertise to manage risk effectively.
- Utilize your experience to provide valuable insights into related areas of business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any major from a reputable university.
- 23 years of experience as a Credit Analyst or KYC Team Leader in the financial industry.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Proficient in credit analysis methodologies and financial statement analysis.
- Experience with KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures a plus.
