Job Summary:

The EntryLevel Business Development Associate will support our business development team in identifying new business opportunities developing relationships with prospective clients and contributing to the growth of our staffing services. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients through various channels (networking cold calling industry events etc.).

Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with key decisionmakers in client organizations.

Help present and promote our staffing solutions to prospective clients.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and ensure the delivery of highquality staffing solutions.

Assist in preparing and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.

Support achieving sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.

Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

High level of enthusiasm motivation and a desire to learn.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $45000 $55000 per year Bonus

Commission Structure:

5% of the revenue generated from each new client secured.

Additional 3% bonus for contracts exceeding $100000 annually.
