Job Description

As a Service Engineer you will provide technical solutions and troubleshooting for clients handle technical issues and perform services such as installing repairing and maintaining equipment. Your role will also involve refurbishments upgrades inspections preventative maintenance and corrective actions. You will work closely with team members to ensure clients receive excellent responses and support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical solutions and troubleshooting for clients.

2. Handle technical issues faced by clients/customers especially aftersales.

3. Perform technical services including fixing installing repairing and maintaining equipment (products: aerial work platform (AWP) scissor lift forklift equipment construction engineering machines etc.).

4. Conduct service activities like refurbishments upgrades inspections preventative maintenance and corrective actions.

5. Collaborate effectively with team members to solve problems and ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technical or equivalent.

2. Technical education or collegelevel background in engineering.

3. Two years of relevant work experience in the machinery and equipment industry; experience with heavy machinery is a plus.

4. Team player with strong coordination skills.

5. Proficiency in English Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

6. Young energetic and strong in organizational and time management skills.

7. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

8. A forklift license is an advantage.

9. Immediate availability is a plus.
