Musthave skills: 5 y of exp as a programmer/systems analyst; C# .NET Visual Studio ASP.NET MVC .NET Core; SQL MS SQL Server SSRS Power BI Power Platform; Azure DevOps Azure Cloud services ; Full software development life cycle exp; governmental exp Git Angular GIS tools such as ArcGIS ArcView ArcEditor Google maps API certifications HTML XML CSS JavaScript TypeScript Angular Blazor and Bootstrap.

Requirements:
Experience as a programmer/systems analyst (5 years)
Experience in programming languages and tools such as C# SQL Visual Studio Git and Azure DevOps.
Experience in application development using web technologies such as HTML XML CSS JavaScript TypeScript Angular Blazor and Bootstrap.
Experience in ASP.NET MVC .NET Core Azure Cloud services MS SQL Server SSRS Power BI and Power Platform.
Experience in developing TSQL queries and stored procedures.
Full software development life cycle (SDLC) experience.
Experience with Agile methodologies and Data Management:

Preferred:
Current technical certifications in relevant technologies.
Experience with GIS tools such as ArcGIS ArcView ArcEditor Google Maps API.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Facilitate the entire software development lifecycle including analysis design implementation testing deployment and postdeployment monitoring.
Identify problems define solutions and translate system requirements into scope of work (SOW) record layouts process flow diagrams and specifications.
Conduct feasibility studies systems analysis and system design making formal written and/or verbal presentations of findings recommendations and specifications.
Write clean scalable code using the .NET framework perform unit and integration testing and follow security best practices.
Ensure maintenance of customdeveloped solutions provide system documentation and manage system enhancements and modifications through change management protocol.
Provide training to endusers on new systems and improvements.
Mentor guide and train junior engineers and perform code reviews.
