- CANDIDATES MUST have TOTAL a minimum of 10 years experience as well as a bachelors degree. They will tally all work history as well as verify experience during background check process to ensure there is a total of 10 years experience (years and months combined).
- If a candidate has a masters degree and 8 years of experience that is acceptable.
- If a candidate does NOT have a bachelors degree then they must have over 17 years of total work experience.
- Public Trust Security Clearance is HIGHLY PREFERRED but not required.
- Two step interview process.
Title: ServiceNow Solution Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 1224 months
Security clearance: Public Trust HIGHLY PREFERRED (not required) BUT candidates will need to clear the background screening.
Interview Process: 2 step interview process.
- 1st with client partner
- 2nd/final with the program.

Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Solution Engineer (ServiceNow) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing developing and implementing solutions that meet business demands with a focus on optimizing and enhancing our IT environment. This role involves working with diverse technologies including ServiceNow onpremise infrastructure (storage hosting network security) and various automation tools.
Education and Experience:
- 8 years experience total with masters degree
- 17 years total without either

- Broad understanding of IT technical concepts systems and processes.
- Proven ability to work independently and on own initiative.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial as well as the ability to think clearly & analyze quantitatively.

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with an ability to determine an appropriate level of detail given project milestones.
- Excellent planning organizational communication and time management skills.
