NH Cardiac Sonographer

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Cardiac Echo Sonographer. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Assignment Start Date: 6/25/2024

13 weeks Days 8Or10hour shift 36 hours guaranteed weekly

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produces ultrasonic recordings and Doppler flow analyses of heart and related structures for use by Physicians in the diagnosis and study of heart disease.Responsibilities
• Performs transthoracic echocardiogram (TTE) exams.
• Documents and maintains patient and test data.
• Manages time and workload fluctuations.
• Assesses patients and adapts to changing clinical situations.
• Completes billing for tests performed.
• Utilizes and maintains departmental and hospital equipment.
• Takes ownership and responsibility for individual performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• At least three years of experience in Cardiac Ultrasonography is required.

Education:

• Two years of formal training or education beyond the high school level in Cardiac Ultrasonography is required

Certification Registration and Licensure:

• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.
• American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) registry following Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) guidelines.
• NH State licensure for Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy is required.

EMR System: Cerner experience preferred

Shift: 40 hours/week four 10hour shifts or five 8hour shifts MF schedule with occasional weekends required.
