Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Assist licensed therapists in conducting individual and group therapy sessions.

Help develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each individuals needs.

Monitor and document patients progress and report findings to the therapy team.

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Facilitate therapeutic activities and educational workshops.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling or a related field.

Previous experience in a therapeutic or correctional setting is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Empathy patience and a nonjudgmental attitude.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Commitment to ongoing professional development.
