Responsibilities:
Lead the general trade sales teams in translating strategy into sales business plans and goto market strategy within budgeted costs.
Prepare and maintain annual sales & distribution plans to deliver budgeted revenue Profit and Brand equity targets for the year based on category and channel.
Enhance market penetration by setting up and managing the General trade distribution.
Distributor and Retailer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors retailers and other key stakeholders ensuring alignment with our brand values and objectives.
Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities channels and potential partners within the general trade sector to increase brand presence and sales. Monitor sales performance analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals within the general trade segment.
Collaborate with distributors to strengthen relationships and drive business growth. Develop market entry strategies for new product launches or expansion into new territories.
