Job Summary:
- A strong support analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience on DocView and document management system.
Experience and Education Required:
- 35 Years in DocView and document management system
Process Skills:
- Reduce the manual efforts by automating the recurring tasks using best practices and standards.
- Responsible for Delivering proof of concepts and innovations for customer value add.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience with DocView and document management
- Experience with OpenText APIs
Daily responsibilities include:
- Set up new DocView users from CA Service Desk.
- Provide users with access to DocView reports.
- Setting up DocView users provide user security access to DocView.
- Resolve Access issues security issues for DocView:
- Setup reports Indexing Retention Moving from test to production.
- Maintain the DocView system.
- Work with Citrix team to resolve user issues with Citrix.
- Work JAVA issues for Content Explorer.
- Understanding of the relationships between business activities and application systems
- Experience in the development and implementation of standards procedures and guidelines to support operational processes.
- Ability to work independently while focusing on project details project delivery timely delivery and quality.
Behavioral Skills:
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect with a strong focus on software architecture design and integration Solution Focus: Ability to provide solution for problems thrown.
- Extensive knowledge in microservices architectures React Node.js Express and SQL Server.
- Demonstrable experience with DataStage/QualityStage Informatica SSIS and familiarity with both online and batch data processing techniques.
- Experience in using SSRS and interest in adopting QlikView.
- Proficiency with application performance monitoring tools particularly Datadog.
- Familiarity with cloud services and architectures with a strong understanding of cloud migration strategies.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills. Strong agile working on both development and application maintenance projects
- Designs codes tests and debugs new and existing software applications.
- Perform peer reviews verifying compliance with standards for other team members.
- Understand and comply with SDLC requirements.
- Selfstarter with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fast learner quality consciousness and committed to deadlines.
- Conduct knowledge sharing session with the team and overall team handling.
