Position: Specialist Business Operations
Location: Bangalore
Duration: 12 Months
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely to coordinate activities with offshore EMEA/NA Partner Support Teams
- Manages divisional mailbox for requests on a variety of Partner P.O. related activity
- Activity tracking of all requests are compiled and reported to management on a weekly basis
- Validating the accuracy of all created Partner P.O.s time entry and costs entry
- Management of all Partner Invoices from validation of hours costs and timeframe of service against
Mandatory Skills
- Good understanding of endtoend P.O. Lifecycle process
- Analytical skills of Invoices vs service entry sheet uploads
- Excellent communication skills
- Sense of Urgency and Time management skills
- Ability to work cross functional at all levels
- Problem solving skills & Presentation skills
Relevant Experience required:
- Relevant experience in customer service/AP will work
Mandatory Skills (3 must have):
- Strong in Communication International Voice process verbal MS Office P.O. Lifecycle process.
Degree Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream excluding BE/BTech
Years of Experience:
- Total Exp: 24 Years
- Rel Exp: 2 Years
