1. Position: Regional Sales Manager

2. Location: Moonachie NJ

3. Subordinates: None

4. Goals: Achieve highest possible market share in the assigned territory for selling Client portfolio and partner dough processing equipment solutions.

5. Territory: Northeast U.S.A.

6. Market Segment: Retail and midsized wholesale bakeries.

7. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and create new customer accounts.
• Phone/video call customers to engage them and promote equipment solutions.
• Visit customers for facetoface meetings to advance opportunity discussions including make presentations to customer groups.
• Coordinate demonstrations and tests in Clients MoonachieNJ Doughhow Center.
• Maintain opportunities and report on customer visits and key updates utilizing CRM.
• Participate in regional and national tradeshows and conferences.
• Keep track of competition and report on their developments.
• Follow Clients guidelines for booking travel and expense reporting.
• Be a Team player support colleagues as needed other tasks as requested by management.

8. Requirements:

• Five (5) years experience selling bakery equipment solutions.
• Experience working as a baker is a plus.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in business or engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook.
• Experience with a CRM system SAP C4C is a plus.
• Ability to travel with overnight stay approximately 30% domestically and occasionally for international trips.
