Job Title : SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) Consultant

Job Type : W2 / C2C / 1099

Location : Remote (Huston Texas)

We are looking for a SAP PP/DS Consultant who will be responsible for the design implementation and support of SAP PP/DS solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP PP/DS strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to optimize production planning and scheduling processes.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP PPDS module with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing functional specifications based on business requirements.
• Proven track record in configuring and implementing SAP PPDS solutions in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC PPDS functionalities and their integration with other SAP modules.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including Infrastructure Information Security Development and Integration.
• Configure and design SAP PPDS functionalities to meet business requirements in Discrete Process and Repetitive Manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solutions.
• Implement and optimize planning processes such as Make to Stock (MTS) and Maketoorder (MTO) ensuring seamless integration with other planning systems.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ECC PPDS including ShelfLife Planning Safety Stock Planning and MRP Live functions.
• Expertise in Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) integration across functional areas like Order to Cash Make to Deploy and Procure to Pay.
• Ability to set up detailed scheduling scenarios in ePPDS (Enhanced Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) including Setup matrix creation using Classes/Characteristics and Alternate Resource Scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and guidelines particularly in chemical medical and core manufacturing industries.
