We are seeking an experienced Avionics Software Engineer with a strong background in developing embedded software including hardware and software integration. The ideal candidate will have experience in aviation and be proficient in C or C in a Linux development environment. Familiarity with software DevOps processes and Git version control or change management systems is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in developing embedded software including hardware and software integration.
• Aviation experience is preferred.
• Experience with Git version control systems or change management systems.
• Proficiency in C or C in a Linux development environment
• Familiarity with software DevOps processes
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work assignments in an Agile environment
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers internal and external suppliers and across other teams
• Strong communication skills for briefing toplevel management customers and/or large groups on an occasional basis.
• Architect and develop air vehicle IMA Software Applications
• Develop HighLevel and LowLevel Requirements
• Perform SysML modeling of software design
• Provide status updates for major program milestones
• Perform Configuration Management for developed software

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
