Position Technical Program Lead

Location Hybrid (Hartford CT) onsite 3 days a week

Technical Program Management and provide technical leadership over the simplification and modernization for apps migrated to cloud as part of our cloud journey. This role provides strategic direction to the program team and works with cloud architects engineers developers application security team scrum masters to ensure program goals and objectives are and remain aligned to the strategic direction of the program. The role collaborates with leaders and stakeholders across IT and the business to ensure proper coordination and execution of activities.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in applicable field required.

Tools Knowledge & Certifications:

• AWS practitioner certification preferred.
• Hands on experience of Rally MS Excel Word Visio Project Jira and PowerPoint

Work Experience:

• 3 Years proven experience in leading major cloud migration projects to AWS.
• 10 years combined IT experience in Strong Engineering and Execution
• Experience managing large complex cloud projects of $50M to quality time and budget.
• Experience in full SDLC project delivery with a variety of methodologies i.e. Agile Scrum
• Proven track record leading executives and influencing others towards a common goal.
• A demonstrated ability to rely heavily on influence over authority to drive deliverables.
• Exceptional communication skills written and verbal and ability to clearly articulate messages
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
