This role is to ensure that the company operates in Compliance with laws and regulations and that employees follow established standards and procedures in their duties.
Key Accountabilities
Compliance Regulations System management: Develop guidelines for various topics such as the companys code of conduct compliance control standards anti statutory compliances fair trade data protection.
Compliance organization management: Operate and report to the compliance committee designate compliance officers within major business sites and relevant departments.
Compliance Training: Operate and improve educational programs on compliance policies and procedures as well as regulatory training on key topics.
Compliance Monitoring: Monitor trends and issues related to regulations in India and globally and disseminate information through newsletter.
Effectiveness Review and Evaluation: Regularly review and implement corrective actions to ensure the proper operation of the compliance system.
Compliance Audit and Inspection: Inspect and evaluate whether employees comply with the companys compliance regulations and proceduresFull Time
