Job Description
Knowledge of Milling Lathe Grinding etc tool room machine.
Knowledge of press tool elements.
Knowledge of die material selection.
Knowledge of press tool working principle.
Knowledge of press tool assembly.
Knowledge of used of measurement instrument ( i.e. Venire micrometre etc.)
Capable for trouble shooting in production line.
Should read engineering drawing.
Should knowledge about different type operation in press tool.
Knowledge of kaizen 5S pokayoke.
Knowledge of die material selection.
Knowledge of press tool working principle.
Knowledge of press tool assembly.
