Essential Skills

A minimum of 12 years of relevant IT experience with a track record of leading
software development and engineering practices for a large product or platform for at
least 3 years.
Possess extensive handson experience in various development stacks such as
MACH LAMP MEAN as well as concepts methodologies and technologies
including OOPs Agile React.js/native Java and Spring Boot. Proficient in applying
design patterns integrating DevSecOps practices enhancing fullstack development
proficiency.
Experience in Database design including both RDBMS (such as MySQL or
PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (like MongoDB etc).
Expertise in implementing debugging and optimizing applications or solutions on
cloud platforms like AWS. Capable of taking a handson approach to address coding
challenges leveraging both vendoragnostic and cloudnative services across
various domains/subdomains
Desirable skills
Handson technical leader to software development teams having a product mindset
to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Experience in ecommerce domain will be an advantage.
Relevant certifications depicting extensive knowledge of cloud computing e.g. AWS
Certified Solutions Architect AWS Certified Developer or similar will be an added
advantage.
Certifications in Agile methodologies such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) or similar will be an added advantage.
Vendor / contract management of IT partners through SLAs KPIs.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to evaluate complex
systems and make datadriven decisions.
Experience in RPA will be an added advantage.
