Role Customer Supprt executive
1) Jobtype Semi voice process (Day Shift)
2) Qualification Graduate
1. Work location Bangalore pine labs office
3) Responsibilities & Duties
Experience working on a PC
Handle customer complaints via call emails & chat and provide appropriate
solutions and alternatives witin the time limits.
Identify and assess customers needs to chieve satisfactio.
1. The Ability to wok multitask and stay organised.
Great communication skills and experience working on a team.<:p>
Ability to speak Engish and Hindi language and any add on language will add
advantage.
Ready to work 6 days a week provided with 1 weekly off.
