Job Description
Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to align with business objectives ensuring a skilled and
motivated workforce is in place to drive organizational growth.
Lead talent acquisition efforts identifying and recruiting top talent to meet current and future
organizational needs.
Design and oversee learning and development programs that promote skill enhancement career
development and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Manage the onboarding process creating an engaging and comprehensive experience for new hires to
foster early integration and success.
Drive organizational development initiatives to optimize team performance enhance employee
engagement and foster a positive work culture.
Design and drive employee engagement & retention planning.
Engagement Partner with crossfunctional team to support India level engagement initiatives
Strategic Talent Initiatives Through clear comms and engagement plan support deployment of specific
talent management projects.
