Position Sr. Manager / AVP HR
Location Pune
Mandatory The candidate should be from a software Product Company
Key Responsibilities :
We are looking for a smart and dynamic professional to lead our Human Resources and accompany the growth of our business. Lead the entire gamut of HR including :
1. Recruitment & induction
2. HR Budgeting
3. Talent Management
4. Performance management
5. Reward & Recognition
6. Compensation & benefits
7. Training & development
8. Employer branding
9. Internal communication
10. General administration
Required Skills :
Entrepreneurial selfdriven passionate.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Adept at problemsolving and conflict resolution
Keen understanding of skill maps and training programmes
Processdriven with good analytical skills
Location Pune
