Key Roles & Responsibilities

Sourcing & development of components
Implement cost save projects as per the annual target plan.
Float RFQ analyze quote techno commercial negotiation establishing contracts.
Ensure timely closure of sourcing within the project target cost.
Manage RM inflation & deflation.
Drive VAVE supplier rationalization process optimization for better cost
Supplier capacity management to ensure uninterrupted supplies.
Supplier relationship management for business sustainability
Supplier Monitoring evaluate risk and develop countermeasures.
Comply with all applicable laws/policies governing the buyer/seller relationship and
conduct business in an ethical way to represent the company in the best possible manner.
Collaborate with interdepartments to achieve the company goals.
Capex & Indirect expense approval & control.
Annual budgeting process & monthly material cost control

Job Requirements & Qualifications (Education & Experience)

Graduate in Mechanical or equivalent engineering discipline.810 years of Total experience in Supply
chain / Purchasing / Supplier development (Min 4 yrs recent Exp required in strategic sourcing / Vendor
development) Fair knowledge in supplier costing techniques & supplier onboard procedures. Strong in
commercial negotiations. Capable of collaborating with global teams to get the job done. Hands on
experience in commodity handling like Aluminum die castings / stampings/ plastics/ Electronics etc. SAP
expertise in MM module. Constant drive for continuous improvements within the team. Program
management skills. A good team player.
