Job Title: Web Designer

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing development and content teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction visuals and experience.
• Design and develop web pages graphics multimedia and GUIs.
• Ensure that all designs are aligned with branding guidelines and deliver a consistent experience across various platforms.
• Optimize existing user interface designs and contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience.
• Conduct usability testing to identify and address any usability issues.
• Stay uptodate with the latest web design trends tools and technologies.
• Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are mobilefriendly and optimized for various devices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that design specifications are met during the development process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Web Design Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven work experience as a Web Designer.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD) Sketch or Figma.
• Solid understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen sensitivity to usersystem interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Uptodate with the latest web design trends techniques and technologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
