Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client is a manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices. They operate through two segments: Electronic Instruments and Electromechanical. The Electronic Instruments segment designs and manufactures analytical test and measurement instrumentation for the energy aerospace power research medical and industrial markets. The Electromechanical segment provides automation and precision motion control solutions as well as electrical interconnects specialty metals and thermal management systems.

Job Description:
The Traffic Coordinator manages daily manual and clerical duties associated with the receipt of materials and supplies and the shipment of Company products Companyowned materials and companysupplier material.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels.
- Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Make special shipping arrangements as necessary.
- Prepare bills and invoices.
- Manage distribution and shipment budgets.
- Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years prior experience with power tools and standard construction tools.
- 5 years prior experience with Powered Industrial Trucks i.e. forklifts order pickers powered pallet jacks etc.
- Effective communication including writing speaking and interpersonal communication.
- Quick critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and client relations skills.
- Good collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Advanced data analysis and data visualization.
- Ability to use computers software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes.
- Understanding of the supply chain including common obstacles and effective solutions.
