Location: Lake Havasu City AZ

Duration: Full Time Permanent

Shift: Day shift Monday thru Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm

Pay range: USD According to experience Annually/Yearly benefits

MustHaves

1 RN Associates required / BSN or higher preferred

2 Arizona Registered Nurse License required on hire.

3 2 years RN and experience reviewing and extracting data.

NiceToHaves

1Experience in clinical quality or safety

2 Laser/Safety Officer certification

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Position Summary:

The Quality/Safety Coordinator position is responsible to act as a liaison with the Quality/ Safety leadership team Surgical leadership Administration clinical and surgical staff and surgical patients. The responsibilities include oversight for all quality and safety programs related to surgical services regulatory compliance and data management for program registries. Registry and Programs include but not limited to the Orthopedic Center of Excellence (OCE) certification/recertification Optimized Surgical Recovery (OSR) OASCAHPS (Surgical Patient Experience) The Joint Commission (TJC) Accreditation and provide safety programs meeting AORN ANSI/AAMI and ASPAN standards.
