Job Duties:

• Adhere to customer quality agreements and standards.
• Optimize work cell process flow.
• Design ergonomic workstations.
• Support automation in production (robotics vision systems).
• Design equipment/processes for new/improved products.
• Use creative problemsolving and datadriven methods.
• Prepare protocols reports and engineering documentation.
• Lead equipment design reviews with crossfunctional teams.
• Oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) at vendor sites.
• Apply lean manufacturing tools to minimize waste and variation.
• Develop new assembly processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2 years in manufacturing (Medical Device or Electronics preferred).
• CAD experience.
• PCBA handling/testing experience.
• ESD training.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with automation robotics and vision systems in an assembly environment.
