Program Manager

Were seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multiple projects within the medical device or plastics manufacturing sectors. This role requires strong project management skills exceptional organization and the ability to lead crossfunctional teams.

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate crossfunctional teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Budget Management: Monitor and report project expenses.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Project Management or related field.
• Experience: 5 years in project management within medical device or plastics manufacturing industries.
• Certifications: PMP preferred.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and best practices.
• Experience with solid injection molding and/or electromechanical assembly.
• Customerfacing experience with SQEs.
• Understanding of validations PPAP and medical qualification requirements.
• Ability to leverage SMEs in sustaining and NPI environments.
