Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Columbus OH. This role involves maintaining troubleshooting and repairing highspeed manufacturing equipment with a focus on Cognex vision systems to ensure topnotch quality control and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on highspeed manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and control systems.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and audits.
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software for malfunction resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
• Operate maintain and troubleshoot Cognex vision systems.
• Configure and calibrate vision systems.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and operators.

Required Skills:

• Experience with highspeed manufacturing equipment maintenance.
• Strong understanding of mechanical electrical and control systems.
• Proficiency with Cognex vision systems.
• Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update technical documents.
