Job Description
Job title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Raynham MA (100% onsite)
Duration: 12 months
We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Engineers to join our team in Raynham MA. This role is pivotal in driving new casting product launches in a regulated environment. If you have a strong foundry background and thrive in multidisciplinary teams we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new casting product launches from feasibility to commercial validation.
- Design and validate wax pattern tools/molds.
- Interpret technical drawings and CMM reports.
Required Skills:
- Foundry experience (sand or die casting) is a MUST.
- B.S. in Engineering.
- Medical Device Automotive or Aerospace experience.
- Proficiency with GD&T (ASME Y14.5M) MS Office and Minitab.
Nice to Have:
- PFMEA/DFMEA Gage R&R TMV Risk Assessments Control Plans.
- Equipment validations (IQ OQ PQ).
- Solid Modelling (NX/Unigraphics SolidWorks ProE).
- Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma.
- 3D Printing statistical analysis ceramic cores in investment casting.
- Robot operation/programming.
