Job Description

Job title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Raynham MA (100% onsite)

Duration: 12 months

We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Engineers to join our team in Raynham MA. This role is pivotal in driving new casting product launches in a regulated environment. If you have a strong foundry background and thrive in multidisciplinary teams we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new casting product launches from feasibility to commercial validation.
  • Design and validate wax pattern tools/molds.
  • Interpret technical drawings and CMM reports.

Required Skills:

  • Foundry experience (sand or die casting) is a MUST.
  • B.S. in Engineering.
  • Medical Device Automotive or Aerospace experience.
  • Proficiency with GD&T (ASME Y14.5M) MS Office and Minitab.

Nice to Have:

  • PFMEA/DFMEA Gage R&R TMV Risk Assessments Control Plans.
  • Equipment validations (IQ OQ PQ).
  • Solid Modelling (NX/Unigraphics SolidWorks ProE).
  • Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma.
  • 3D Printing statistical analysis ceramic cores in investment casting.
  • Robot operation/programming.
