Job Description

Welcome to the world of innovation and efficiency! Were seeking a dynamic and seasoned Program Manager III to join our team and lead strategic initiatives that drive our organizations growth and success. As a program manager the role is to plan direct or coordinate projects and processes pertaining to the internal and external labs site and facilities working with internal stakeholders XFN teams and external partners to achieve program milestones.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate lab and siterelated projects making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing workflows.
  • Present and explain proposals reports and findings to stakeholders.
  • Analyze site and asset data facility functions and XFN processes to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Confer with site and lab teams governance boards and XFN teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Review and recommend improvements to reach agreedupon milestones.
  • Consult and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive alignment toward milestone progress.
  • Occasional travel for site visits.
Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills problemsolving skills attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time.
  • Strong knowledge of lab/site processes costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective use of sites and labs.
  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software such as MS Word MS PowerPoint MS Excel Google Suite.. etc.
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and participate in teambuilding efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions peer reviews etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OPWiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
