HR Compliance Analyst EMEA

AS AN HR COMPLIANCE ANALYST AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: • Assist and support HR with initial compliance and ongoing preparation, testing, and monitoring of conformance to the requirements of legislation, regulations, company policies, and contract commitments. • Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiency and automation in HR compliance related processes, scope requirements, and manage implementation of process improvements. • Manage the completion of regulatory compliance report filings through collaboration with stakeholders. • Work with HRBPs, ER, and Employment Legal on complex HR compliance issues. • Draft, implement, and manage ongoing governance of HR policies. • Maintain accurate and complete records of all HR compliance activities. • Assist in the Right to Work check process across EMEA locations.
