Job Description
Role: Microsoft 365/Intune Administrator
Location: San Francisco Bay area (Onsite on need basis)
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
- Develop device enrollment and compliance policies.
- Provide postmigration support and maintenance.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for endusers and administrators.
- Create training materials and conduct trainthetrainer sessions.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
- Experience with device enrollment and policy creation.
- Experience in developing and delivering IT training programs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and best practices.
- Strong technical support skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment.
