Shift: Mon to Fri 6:30 am3:00 pm CST (Sometimes Saturday Half day; approximately 1 Saturday per month)
Job Description:
- Perform routine analytical and laboratory testing to support food safety quality and operational teams.
- Conduct routine analysis of product testing monitor instrumentation performance and conduct tests with intermediate supervision.
- Document results into databases and communicate test results.
- Develop food/feed safety quality and regulatory culture by collaborating crossfunctionally.
- Run calibration checks preventive maintenance tasks and simple repairs on analytical instrumentation and maintain customer specifications books.
- Interpret and document test results in databases and communicate results to internal customers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and adherence to procedural compliance.
- Conduct routine quantitative and qualitative inspections and laboratory tests on raw materials inprocess and final products independently; support complex trials and experiments under intermediate supervision.
- Handle clerical administrative technical or customer support issues under general supervision escalating complex issues as needed.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Bit lab experience.
- Attention to detail.
