Duration: 5 Months
Location: Elk River MN 55330
Shift: Mon to Fri 6:30 am3:00 pm CST (Sometimes Saturday Half day; approximately 1 Saturday per month)

Job Description:

• Perform routine analytical and laboratory testing to support food safety quality and operational teams.
• Conduct routine analysis of product testing monitor instrumentation performance and conduct tests with intermediate supervision.
• Document results into databases and communicate test results.
• Develop food/feed safety quality and regulatory culture by collaborating crossfunctionally.
• Run calibration checks preventive maintenance tasks and simple repairs on analytical instrumentation and maintain customer specifications books.
• Interpret and document test results in databases and communicate results to internal customers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and adherence to procedural compliance.
• Conduct routine quantitative and qualitative inspections and laboratory tests on raw materials inprocess and final products independently; support complex trials and experiments under intermediate supervision.
• Handle clerical administrative technical or customer support issues under general supervision escalating complex issues as needed.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel and/or Bit lab experience.
• Attention to detail.
