Our client is seeking a progressive experienced and enthusiastic Project Executive. This role involves highlevel project management client relations and team coordination. The Project Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time within budget and meet the highest quality standards while also fostering client satisfaction and longterm relationships. This position requires a combination of strong project management skills client communication abilities and a deep understanding of landscape architecture principles to guide and support the team in achieving exceptional results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Efficiently plan staff and coordinate project(s) from start to finish
- Anticipate project conflicts and work to resolve
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure ontime delivery by team members
- Monitor project budgets and billing milestones minimizing out of scope work or overruns
- Meet with clients to discuss project status concerns and future work
- Possess a thorough understanding of the monthly billing process
- Generate weekly work plans for staff
- Review work of Tier 1 staff and provide QA/QC for their tasks
- Approve team member time sheets
- Redline drawings
- Write proposals
- Assist with project maintenance and scheduling in Ajera
- Assist with recruiting and interview potential candidates
- Conduct employee performance reviews
- Lead weekly hotlist meetings
- Cultivate client relationships through business development efforts
- Mentor and train Tier 1 staff
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (knowledge Skills And Abilities)
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited college
- 6 years of related experience preferably in the Master Planned Community sector
- Ability to learn and use companypreferred software used for drawing project planning office communications etc.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and professional behavior in/out of the office
- Ability to critically analyze situations solve problems and formulate ideas
- Actively participate in AEC organizations outside of the office
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with teammates leaders clients vendors and contractors
- Ability to network and promote the company
- Possess a positive attitude
- Ability to take ownership of projects and responsibility for other team members
- Proactively provide project status updates to senior staff prior to completion
- Ability to delegate tasks to others
