We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure we unlock the full potential of what Resourced has to offer for all brands we work with.
One of our core products is an IT (SaaS) system which facilitates the product journey from idea to shipped product (PLM system) for fashion brands. The Customer Success Managers main focus is to ensure that the brands we work with are happy seen and have everything they need to use Resource optimally. This includes setting up and lead/manage the onboarding process follow up on engagement and longterm satisfaction as well as continuously improve our processes in these fields. You will work closely with and report directly to the cofounders.
You are eager to learn and dont fear trial and error when taking own initiatives. You have a strong interest for how digital solutions can define the future and are motivated by seeing your suggestions getting implemented. You are strong on project management and like to create order while having an efficient way to move forward.

Work extent: Full time permanent position with a six months probationary period
Location: Central Gothenburg flexible working set up but 34 days/week onsite expected.
