Job Description

Were now in 28 markets and have an ambitious team of 700 thats rapidly expanding across the globe. Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.


To support our students we have built / purpose of role

This is a fulltime position that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe.

What are the main responsibilities for this role

  • Makingcalls and responding to enquiries from leads to qualify them for
    sales processes
  • Updating the record of these leads and tracking their movements to
    the next stage of the sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Establish develop and maintain positive and professional customer
    interactions and relationships for Crimson
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and enhance industry
    knowledge
  • Engage families through outreach activities such as school talks
    careers expos and Crimson seminars when required
  • Ensure that data is diligently accurately entered and managed within
    Crimsons Client Relations Management (CRM) system
  • Submit weekly sales reports in an accurate and concise manner for
    management
  • Provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve sales processes


      What skills and experience are required

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills (essential)
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (essential)
      • Fluent in Mandarin and English (essential)
      • Background knowledge of and/or experience at a US or UK university (nice to have)
      • Previous sales/SDR experience (nice to have)
      • Previous Salesforce experience (nice to have)
