Senior Multimedia Designer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am 5 pm EST (Eastern Time)

Duties and Responsibilities

Current responsibilities will include the below however the Senior Multimedia Designer position will require adaptability to changing needs:

• Supervise and assist in creation of visual assets (images A content videos) for Amazon listing pages posts and brand stores including direct work and delegating to junior artists or contractors with final review
• Optimize listing designs to maximize conversions and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies
• Ensure visual assets adhere to established brand style guides
• Develop branding style guides for Brand Partners that are unable to provide them
• Continuously innovate asset designs based on industry trends and evolving marketplace needs
• Coordinate closely with in house Brand Managers to set production schedules and ensure on time delivery
• Development of inhouse marketing materials in partnership with Sales team
• Assist in the development of workflows and pipelines to streamline production
• Lead weekly Media Team meeting to drive process improvement

Skills and Requirements

• 5 years of visual media production experience
• 2 years experience in Ecommerce media production preferred
• Strong ability to develop and maintain a consistent visual style
• Ability to lead a small team of artists and delegate work appropriately
• Project Management experience a plus
• Ability to storyboard and edit a simple video
• Expert level Adobe Photoshop skills
• Intermediate Adobe Premiere or After Effects skills
• Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles a plus
