Tasks

• Draft review and negotiate diverse contracts
• Offer expert legal advice on contractual issues to minimize risks and ensure alignment with company policies
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle ensuring timely renewals and compliance with terms
• evelop and manage effective contract management systems and processes
• Work closely with various departments to provide legal support and guidance

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Switzerland
• Min. 3 years of PQE in years of experience in contract law preferably within a corporate environment
