Tasks

• Implement and maintain trade surveillance systems to monitor and review trading activities for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Analyze trading data to identify and investigate irregularities and potential violations of market conduct rules
• Develop and refine surveillance techniques and tools to enhance the detection of noncompliant activities
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and internal departments to provide reports on surveillance findings and take appropriate action
• Update and maintain compliance policies and procedures in response to new regulations
• Provide training and guidance to trading and compliance teams on regulatory requirements compliance policies and surveillance practices
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of trading activities to ensure continuous compliance and address any gaps in surveillance coverage

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Resident in Switzerland
• 3 years PQE in the compliance field
• Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
