Tasks
- Implement and maintain trade surveillance systems to monitor and review trading activities for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Analyze trading data to identify and investigate irregularities and potential violations of market conduct rules
- Develop and refine surveillance techniques and tools to enhance the detection of noncompliant activities
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and internal departments to provide reports on surveillance findings and take appropriate action
- Update and maintain compliance policies and procedures in response to new regulations
- Provide training and guidance to trading and compliance teams on regulatory requirements compliance policies and surveillance practices
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of trading activities to ensure continuous compliance and address any gaps in surveillance coverage
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Resident in Switzerland
- 3 years PQE in the compliance field
- Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
