Tasks

• Assist attorneys in the preparation and administration of trust and estate planning documents
• Conduct legal research and provide support in the drafting of legal documents related to trusts estates and private clients
• Manage and organize case files ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible
• Coordinate with clients beneficiaries and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation
• Prepare and manage AML (AntiMoney Laundering) documents and dossiers

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Switzerland
• Min. 3 years of PQE in in trust and estate planning
