Location: Seattle WA USA

Note: This requirement is for Remote (Travel to Seattle WA a nice to have if needed.)

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business processes and requirements to develop tailored SAP Service Cloud solutions.
• Lead the design configuration and testing of SAP Service Cloud modules to ensure they align with client needs.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including technical developers and business analysts to integrate SAP Service Cloud with other systems.
• Provide expert guidance on utilities industry best practices and regulatory compliance within the SAP Service Cloud environment.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for endusers to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions.
• Manage project timelines deliverables and stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise during the deployment and postgolive phases.

• SAP Service Cloud implementation experience in Utilities industry
• Strong communicator via phone and video since this is a remote project.
• Ability to write functional specs configure the system and problem solve.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Service Cloud implementations with a focus on the utilities industry.
• Strong understanding of utility business processes including metertocash customer service and billing.
• Proven track record of successful SAP Service Cloud project delivery in a consulting environment.
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP Service Cloud certification is highly desirable.
