A law firm specializing in wills trusts and estates is actively recruiting a fulltime paralegal with outstanding organizational and communication skills to join our Richmond office and assist attorneys in handling probate and trust administration matters. However the paralegal will spend time working from both offices. This position includes all areas of the estate law practice areas that do not require a law degree and often require substantial client contact in the form of meetings phone calls and emails.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in probate accounting or estate administration. The position requires excellent time management both in personal workflow and in managing deadlines. In addition this position requires consistent and predictable performance patience the desire to help others (both clients and coworkers) impeccable listening skills and the ability to create and contribute to a stable and harmonious work environment.
A preferred candidate will have some experience in a law firm working as an estate administration paralegal a paralegal certificate from a recognized paralegal training program or a fouryear degree from an accredited institution.
