Medical DirectorClinical Psychiatrist

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the psychiatric team
• Review and evaluate patient medical records and treatment plans
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Provide expert psychiatric care and treatment to patients
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Conduct regular case reviews and provide clinical supervision
• Participate in quality improvement and peer review activities
• Lead and participate in clinical meetings and interdisciplinary team conferences
• Conduct training and provide education to staff on mental health topics
• Participate in strategic planning and development of mental health programs

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Board certification in Psychiatry
• Active medical license in the state of practice
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a psychiatrist
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing and implementing clinical protocols and guidelines
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
