Job Description

Overview

The HR Manager/Senior HR plays a crucial role in the organization by overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment employee relations performance management HR policies and legal compliance. This role is pivotal in ensuring a motivated and highperforming workforce fostering a positive work environment and contributing to the overall strategic goals of the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process ensuring the employment of top talent.
  • Manage employee relations and address grievances and conflicts to maintain a harmonious work atmosphere.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws.
  • Oversee performance management systems feedback mechanisms and employee development plans.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure their alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and design training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on strategic HR planning and organizational development.
  • Assist in handling legal matters including disciplinary actions terminations and compliance with employment laws.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a respectful and fair workplace for all employees.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive a positive and engaging work culture through various employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and propose improvement strategies based on data insights.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices and changing employment laws to ensure legal compliance.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to uphold ethical and professional HR standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies to support the organizations growth objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of HR professionals providing mentorship and fostering a highperformance culture.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Master s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all HR functions.
  • Familiarity with labor legislation and regulations ensuring legal compliance in all HR practices.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a highperforming HR team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities capable of building strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition retention and workforce planning.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HRrelated software.
  • Certification such as SHRMCP or HRCIPHR is a plus.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills with a fair and empathetic approach.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in driving diversity equity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on longterm goals.
