Product Manager

• Understand the direction in which the Business is moving. Proactively work with stakeholders to identify seen and unseen needs.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to evaluate emerging technologies assess competitive landscape and recommend innovative solutions to enhance wealth distribution services.
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements identify opportunities for process improvement and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Identify potential vendors assess their capabilities negotiate contracts and ensure that terms and conditions including pricing service level agreements (SLAs) and delivery timelines align with organizational needs.
• Establish strong connections with existing vendors gather user input and persuasively engage vendors to adopt our requirements maintaining clear communication regarding timelines and diligently monitoring project progress.
• Provide frontline technical support to internal users and customers diagnose and resolve issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate internal or vendor IT teams for resolution.
• Manage IT help desk tickets prioritize support requests and ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Design test and implement technical solutions to address business challenges streamline workflows and optimize operational processes using a combination of off the shelf software custom applications and integrations.
• Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance follow through with regular monitoring of metrics and presentation to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation user guides and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer improve user proficiency and promote self service support.
• Ensure implementation plans match expectations.

• B.E/B.Tech and/or MBA
• 4 5 years of experience as Product Manager
• Experience and knowledge of Wealth management / Capital markets is a must
• Knowledge of commonly used systems in a wealth management firm is a plus
• Experience in collaborating with users partners and vendors is preferred
• Strong communication & management skills
• Strong written communication skills required for process documentation and presentations
• Process orientation needs to be structured in their approach
• Working knowledge of Excel/Google sheets
• Basic knowledge of APIs and SQL queries.
• Multitasking in a fast paced environment with customer obsessed and solution oriented approach
