Sail Point Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and development of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
• Implement and customize SailPoint IIQ connectors workflows and policies
• Develop and maintain custom rules scripts and workflows using Java/Groovy
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate SailPoint solutions into existing systems
• Conduct SailPoint IIQ application configuration and customization
• Support SailPoint IIQ deployment activities and provide postimplementation support
• Perform unit and integration testing of developed solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
• Conduct system performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Document technical specifications and procedures
• Stay updated with SailPoint IIQ product releases and updates
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new identity and access management tools
• Assist in identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities and compliance issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business needs
• Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of SailPoint solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience in developing and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language
• Indepth knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices
• Experience with custom development using Java/Groovy for SailPoint IIQ
• Proficiency in SailPoint IIQ connectors workflows and policies
• Solid understanding of identity governance access certification and rolebased access control
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint solutions
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Relevant certifications such as SailPoint IdentityIQ Certification
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell Python or Bash
• Experience in integrating SailPoint solutions with enterprise systems
• Knowledge of LDAP Active Directory and other directory services
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to identity and access management
