Job Description
Job Title: Back End Developer
Location: Bangalore India (Fulltime)
Mode WFO 5 days
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Back End Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience and hold a BE/BTech/MCA degree from a tier 1 or tier 2 college. As a Back End Developer you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining the serverside logic of our applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop test and maintain serverside code for web applications using Java and related technologies.
2. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
3. Design and implement data storage solutions using database technologies such as MySQL PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
4. Optimize application performance through efficient database queries and caching mechanisms.
5. Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.
6. Write clean scalable and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
7. Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified through testing.
8. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products.
9. Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and QA engineers to deliver highquality software solutions.
10. Participate in code reviews knowledge sharing sessions and continuous learning activities to improve team productivity and individual skills.
Requirements:
1. BE/BTech/MCA degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable institution.
2. 6 to 8 years of experience as a Back End Developer or Software Engineer.
3. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and objectoriented design principles.
4. Solid understanding of database concepts data structures and algorithms.
5. Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
6. Familiarity with web application frameworks such as Spring Boot or Hibernate is a plus.
7. Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
8. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
10. Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
